Shrimp and Mango Thai Green Curry

Making quick, delicious dishes using our frozen Thai curry sauces is easy! 

Ingredients (serves 2):
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 mango, sliced 
2 portions shrimp 
Frozen Green Curry Sauce

To make on the stove top: 
Add shrimp (or your favorite protein), veggies and the curry sauce in a sauce pan. Bring to the boil. When the shrimp is fully cooked, it's ready. Serve with rice, pasta or noodles, or in a bowl on its own. Delicious!
