Cooking at home with Thai Chef Saranya
Have you ever wondered what chefs cook at home?
Here's the scoop! Tonight, we're making a version of a mixed veggie stir fry. Inspired by our frozen curry sauces which make dinner quick and tasty, we used whatever was in the fridge.
How it is made
Add chopped onion, white mushrooms and a glug of oil, fry for a few minutes
Add chopped asparagus and snow peas
When cooked, serve with yellow Briyani Rice. Yum!
