Chicken and Veggie Thai Red Curry

Making quick, delicious dishes using our frozen Thai curry sauces is easy! 

Ingredients (serves 2):
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced 
2 portions mushrooms, sliced
2 portions chicken, sliced
Frozen Red Curry Sauce

To make on the stove top: 
Add chicken and onions in a pan, cook for a few minutes, then add peppers and mushrooms. Add the curry sauce. Bring to the boil. When the chicken is fully cooked, it's ready. Serve with rice, pasta or noodles, or in a bowl on its own. Delicious!
